ADDplus can be used for the surgical reconstruction in partial or complete corpectomies, due to defects or instabilities of the adult human anterior cervical and thoracic spine (C3–T3).
The implant is inserted via an ventral approach to bridge the intervertebral space created following a vertebral body resection and supports the anterior spine until fusion of the adjacent vertebral bodies. The fixation to the vertebral bodies is possible by means of screws, with both mono- and bicortical screw fixation.
The implants are available with a diameter of 12 mm, four distraction ranges and four angulations increasing with implant size.

Screws
The osmium screw available in various lengths (14, 16, 18 mm) with a diameter of 4.0 and 5.0 mm. The length is easily recognizable by the color: 14 mm gold, 16 mm green, and 18 mm blue. Expansion of the screw is achieved by inserting the bolt. Overexpansion of the screw is not possible.
The cancellous bone screw is used for the bicortical fixation and has a diameter of 4 mm. The lengths of the cancellous bone screws are 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26 mm.
The fixation screw is used to fix the distracted ADDplus implant.
