On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great honor and pleasure to welcome you to World Spine 11, which will take place from September 10–12, 2026, in the City of Homburg, Saarland, Germany. This international congress brings together experts, innovators, and dedicated professionals from around the world to explore the evolving landscape of spine surgery. From minimally invasive techniques to complex spinal reconstructions, the program will reflect the full spectrum of modern spinal care uniting science, skill, and technology.
