With the founding of ulrich medical USA, Inc. in January 2006, we took an important step toward the international expansion of our company. The subsidiary has been based in Dallas, Texas, since 2023 and forms the center of our activities in the North American market.
From here, the team is responsible for the direct distribution of our well-established spinal systems in the USA. In addition, new product developments tailored specifically to the requirements of the US market are created at this location. The implants continue to be manufactured at our headquarters in Germany, ensuring the highest quality and proven precision.
The decision to enter the US market has paid off in the long term. In recent years, ulrich medical USA, Inc. has recorded continuous growth rates and is now one of the most important international growth drivers for the group.

Our management in the USA
The management team at ulrich medical USA, Inc. leads our activities on the American market with expertise, experience, and passion. Together, we drive innovations that are optimally tailored to the needs of our US customers.
The management team consists of Eric Gibbs (third from left), who, as General Manager, is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and operational success. He is supported by Johnny Drake (fifth from left), who, as Commercial Vice President, oversees sales, marketing, and business development. Eric Lucas (2nd from left), Global Vice President of Research & Development, rounds out the team. He is responsible for the global research and development strategy for our products. Lou Milos (1st from left) heads up quality management, while Michael Gow (4th from left), Vice President of Business Development, drives the further development of our business activities.
